We ACCEPT Western Union and PayPal payments
For Western Union Payments:
We collect Once a day.
It is important that the Western Union Remittance form is filled out correctly to avoid delays in processing your order and shipment.
Western Union payments can be made through the Alternative payment button at check-out page .All the information is there to complete the form.
For PayPal Payments:
We accept "PayPal" be aware PayPal may Hold funds for a few days ,we will notify you if this happens,more then likely it won't using PayPal Express.
We will Email your "tracking number"(If tracking service is purchased,Generally 1.50usd) UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT and order processing.
*Customs and Import Duties for International Orders
Your order may be subject to VAT, import and/or local taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
BigboysRCHobbyShop ships your package DTU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or local taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. From our data, only less than 1% of the packages was opened and checked by customs. But,customers are responsible to pay if import taxes are needed.If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Because of international shipping, we again explain ,your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and fees levied by the destination country (named “Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import fees which are levied once a shipment arrives in your country. What’s more, the additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they may be. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may need to contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
BigboyRChobbyshop.com reserves the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong addresses provided by customers.
*How Long Will It Take To Deliver?
The total delivery time is separated into two parts:
"Processing Time" and "Shipping Time"

Once your goods are sent out we will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery.

We offer Shipping Insurance 1% of the value of goods to protect your package against any lost shipments.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us.
In this email, there will be tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order.
Note:RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from BIGBOYSRCHOBBYSHOP.COM are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.You will have to file a claim with the carrier.This is a rare occurrence.
Buyers agree to make a lost order or fail to deliver claim only after the order delivery date exceeds the above listed delivery times which shall include processing times also.
BigboysRChobbyshop.com Standard Return Policies are only applicable to the products purchased by you directly from BigboysRChobbyshop.com. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The policy of Compensation First is available for all problems.
Reminder: Clearance items that have been used do not qualify for a return or exchange(Excluding the quality-related issues).
Return / Refund / Complaints
Return is allowed only after authorized by our staff.
Any Complaint and Request for Return / Refund / Exchange must be received by us within 3 days (no excuse for any reason after 3 days) after you received the product because it is unacceptable
that a customer requests for a return and refund with whatever reason after many days or weeks. We do not offer "Return After Try / Fun", so 3 days is more than enough for testing. Please be a respectful and responsible person.
Refund will be through the original payment method which the buyer pays, eg. You will get refund to your credit card if you pay by credit card.Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable for any reason.
All defective items will be replaced with brand new items. No exchange to different item unless the item is no longer available. However, since few dishonest customers tried to cheat us with their old defected electronic items (eg. receiver from their helicopter) so we might need to send the items back to the manufacturer for inspection (eg. check the manufacturer date inside the item, cause of the defective, etc.).
Warranty on Helicopters and Electronic Components
There is no warranty due to the nature of the products, usually misused by customers, and it is the same no matter where you buy.We test each single helicopter before shipping out and we only sell brand new products so the chance of receiving a defective product is likely ZERO.However, manufacturers do provide inspection and repairing services, and they will replace the parts for you if they found it is not the customer's fault. The following terms applied when the a customer requests this type of services.
Customer is responsible for the both return and re-deliver shipping charge for all situations.
Customer is responsible for any fee occurred directly or indirectly for the service.
Final judgment will be on the decision of manufacturer or us.

The Electronic Item (eg. Receiver / ESC / Motor) I Received Is Not Working (Defective), What Should I Do?
We are only going to sell 100% Brand New items. If you have received a defective item, please keep it as original and post us back (to the sender's address on the package) for inspection by us or the manufacturer (the item must be still in Like New Condition). Exchange, Refund or Repair will be decided by us or manufacturer.
Electronic device is the killer for many customers because it could be damaged easily if misused (eg. incorrect wiring could burn the device immediately). So please be responsible for your work and be fair to each other. Very few dishonest customers tried to cheat us for a brand new replacement or refund using the old receiver took off from their helicopter which is unacceptable and awful. We stand firmed to reject this kind of ridiculous requests.
Terms Clause II.
Some of our products will require the following procedure and will have a longer warranty term and refund period:
Return Authorization Number
Your item needs an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting BigboysRChobbyshop.com Customer Service.
Once your RMA was obtained, you should write it on your return package. It will be really appreciated if you can inform us of the tracking#. It is helpful for us to handle your problem more quickly.
If you requested a Replacement, we will reship a new to you once we confirm your return. Once we shipped the item out, we will inform you of the tracking number.
If you requested a Refund, we will issue a refund once "we confirm your return". We will issue you a refund to your original payment method in 24 hours.
In some special cases, for our products problem or any other problems caused by us, customers have the right to apply for an RL to return for free.
If customers do not apply for RL before returning,but just return it to us and pay the return shipping fee by themselves, we will not handle the shipping fee anymore.
Once your RL is approved, our customer service will make it and send it to you via email as soon as possible.And this RL also has a time limitation, so once you receive it, please use it as soon as possible.
As to how to use it,when you receive it,download it and print it out,paste it on the package.
For other non-quality problems,shipping fee should be covered by the buyer.
Return label is just for customers in US. As other countries customers, they should contact our customer service if they want us to assume the return postage, once your requirement is approved, please remember to offer us the receipt of the return postage. We will issue a refund of this postage, once we confirm the receipt.
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received within 90 days from the date of shipment, you can request an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization)# from BigboysRChobbyshop.com Customer Service Center. U.S. customers can apply a return label from BigboysRChobbyshop.com to return for free, while customers from other countries can get a return shipping fee reimbursement. When we receive your return, we will check the item and issue a refund.
Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we received our confirmation on the cancellation, and the refund can be seen in your PayPal account right away once it is completed. You also will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
For credit card payment, refund time may vary from different issuing banks policies. You may call PayPal or your credit card issuing Bank to verify your refund.
REFUNDS are IMMEDIATE for the following conditions:
Wrong item ordered or changed your mind,You must notify us within 1-2 hours. If longer than 2 hours you will have to proceed with the above policy.We always check our email for this prior to processing an order.As long as your email was sent, we will refund your payment.

If your product has any problem, you may return it for full refund within 90 days since shipping date.

This covers you for quality issues within the warranty period. Every product has a specific warranty period. If it is not stated in the product listing, contact us. The procedure is listed below.
1. Make a video or photo showing the issue & email Bigboysrchobbyshop@gmail.com: Att: Customer Service as the "subject".
2. We will Contact you for more information or give you a response about your claim within 2 Business days.
3. If it is covered under our Guarantee; you will likely be asked to return the product to us.
Responsibility for the payment of shipping charges is determined on a case by case basis; usually the shipping costs for warranty claims are shared between BigboysRChobbyshop and the customer.
All warranties begin from the date the product is received. If a product develops a fault during the warranty and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we will accept a return. However here are situations you are unlikely to be covered for.
a) The user voids the warranty if they
- Flash the firmware of a device
- Opens the body in an attempt to fix,
- Modify remove or swap parts of a product
- Uses the device in a way that it is not intended for
- Continues to use once the fault occurs and causes more damage
- Fail to contact us when the problem first occurs
b) Warranties do not cover cases of damage to products from accidental breakage, misuse, or general wear and tear.
c) Returns without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
d) If your product is covered by warranty and a repair is impossible and we can’t offer a replacement due to stock or an outdated model，we will credit you what you originally paid so that you can choose to purchase another item.
f) If items are lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail,so as to show proof of sending.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting BigboysRChobbyshop.com Customer Service. We can not handle any unauthorized return, and customers will be responsible for all fees caused by rejection.
Terms Clause II.
180-Day Product Warranty
All the products purchased from BigboysRChobbyshop within 180 days since the shipping date can enjoy our over-all product warranty. If the products cannot work functionally (excluding physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage and/or abuse), BigboysRChobbyshop.com will repair the products for free or offer a replacement to the customers.
If the products can not work properly after 180 days since shipping date,will still help forward the item to the manufacturer for repair. But customers should cover both the return shipping fee and the reshipping fee as well as any cost incurred during the process of repair.
If the unit cannot be repaired or the repairing fee is expensive, we will inform you of it before solving your problem. The original product will be shipped back in both these two cases:
1. The products cannot be repaired;
2. Customer does not want to assume the repairing fee.
Special circumstances 3 Day returns
If you are just unhappy, with the product you selected and there are no defects or damage and it is still in new condition we,can offer a partial refund. We will refund the price you paid minus the shipping charges incurred by us. You will also have to pay the shipping fee to send it back to us. Damaged or worn products will not be accepted and all original packaging must be included in a new condition. The international shipping fee can be high so we don't offer a full refund on the purchase price. For small items, the shipping cost to send back to us can be larger than the cost of the item and it may not be worth the cost to return.
You can email us and request a "Terms Clause" Identification for the product you intend to purchase.
You agree to use the Site or Services solely for your own private and internal purposes.
